For some reason, this season does not seem to be as jolly as it were in the past years. Is age catching up with me? I guess it’s also because i don’t really have much to look forward to. Nothing really short term to occupy my time. Sigh. I’d better stop moping around.

What’s it with expensive gym subscriptions? All you need is an exercise mat and a variable-weight dumbell. It trains control and strength, thus toning up your other muscles. That’s unlike gym machines that only target one or a group of core muscles.
