Car Costs

I’ve done some calculations on the cost of cars for different durations. My conclusion, not cheap! In fact, it is freaking expensive.
My factors? Car Cost, Road Tax, Fuel/Maintainence, Insurance.
Here are my case studies…

Thump Thumping

I don’t know what’s the reason behind the frequent migraines and lethargy recently. Just makes my mood real bad. I mean really really bad. Panadol’s my only reprieve, but its effects are only temporary. I think it is staring at the computer screen for the whole day. What else can i do? It’s my job. [...]

How Much is that Doggie in the Window?

I left work early again. It’s such a bad, dirty habit, but who cares? LOL
Headed down to Peninsular Shopping Centre to check out roller blades. Grace recommended me this inline skating company called skateline. They carried a wide array of K2 brand skates. The service there was great with the manager explaining the different kinds [...]

Sick of My Migraine

Yup, i got sick of that atomic explosion that took place and repeated itself a gazillion times in my head this morning. It was caused by bad sleeping conditions. My nose was blocked the entire night and not being able to breathe properly caused an oxygen shortage of sorts. Hence, my bloody headache! ARGH! Why [...]

Last Night

Met up with Choon Guan, Richard and Thye Boon for dinner and a catch-up session last night. Choon Guan brought along stuff that he bought during his indochina trip, including a small bottle of laotian rice whiskey. That whiskey was some potent shit when drank neat. You feel your oseophagus burn up right away. Not [...]

Morning Rush Again

Yup, i’ve got to beat the crowds on the train to get to work again. Sigh. The thing is that work has evolved into rounds and rounds of spider solitaire. I hope that i do get a semblance of work to do. But, some reluctance remains because being too busy stresses me out. Well, [...]

Rolling Fun

I’m thinking of getting my first pair of roller blades. I’m thinking of doing some serious skating at east coast park on saturdays. Anyone care to join me? Leave a comment okay?
I was plugged to my mp3 player on the way home on friday. When it started to play a track that didn’t really suit [...]

Or-sim-gua (wicked person in hokkien)

I returned home from my supposed work early today. Way too early. 4pm to be exact. I was really bored and it is a friday anyhow. I remember telling somebody on wednesday that as far as i’m concerned, the week is over. Thank goodness nobody keeps close tabs on me.
Have you heard of Osim’s new [...]

Spider Spider on the Comp

Spider solitaire has become a more permanent fixture at work. It is just so engaging. I know the current biasness the world bears on default microsoft windows games. But, trust me. In times of need it delivers. Well, perhaps i am no longer an action gamer anymore. Played a few rounds of counterstrike at work [...]

SnooZzZzZze

Old project supervisor ain’t around to exploit me. New project supervisor nice enough not to provide me with any work to do. I sit around playing games all day. Not bad eh? Six bucks an hour to play solitaire. It sure beats any other higher-paying job that stresses your balls out. I sure hope that [...]
